Project description:
-This turn of the century industrial building was converted into a modern residence.
-A third floor was added to the existing structure, affording a grand view of the Cincinnati downtown skyline.
-A new conical topped turret hinges and anchors the design.
-An upscale one bedroom apartment was incorporated into the design of the first floor.
-The asymmetrical spatial volume of the existing shell allowed for the creation of unique interior spaces.
