An addition and alteration of a residence in Indian Hill

Project description:
-A major aesthetic overhaul was given to a typical 1960s ranch with a low pitched roof.
-New spacial features include the remodeling of the kitchen, entry hall and front porch.
-The new tower serves as a visual anchor, drawing visitors to the front porch which is tucked below an eyebrow window.
-The new design references Mission detailing and relies heavily on columns, grids and horizontal banding.
