Multiple additions and alterations to a residence in Mariemont

Project description:
-Phase I of the project provided for a remodeled kitchen and the addition of a covered veranda, breakfast nook and family room, highlighted by a raised hearth and fireplace.
-Phase II involved the reworking of the entire second floor and allowed for the creation of a master suite and a new bedroom over the expanded garage.
- Phase II of the project also included interior and exterior enhancement of the understated colonial detailing present in the existing residence.
-Large expanses of glass dominated Phase I of the renovation and allowed the owners to enjoy the surrounding views of their new veranda and their gardens.
