Multiple additions to a residence in Mariemont

Project description:
-Phase I of the project was the addition of a simple, yet modern sun room the the rear of the house.
-Phase II included the addition of a vaulted ceiling master suite over an existing garage which was enlarged to accommodate the new living space.
-A new front porch highlighted the Phase II design by adding a modern flair to an otherwise conservative design.
-The new sun room overlooks a stone terrace and multiple gardens and incorporates large sections of glass providing multiple views of the areas.
