Additions and alterations to a residence in Hyde Park

Project description:
-This single story addition included a new covered porch, a new bath, a small desk space and a pantry, as well as a small breakfast nook at the rear of the house.
-A new direct vent fireplace anchors the addition.
-The terrace was also reworked to accommodate the addition.
-The exterior of the addition matches the Prairie Style feel of existing structure and includes large wood brackets at the gable end.
