Project description:
- First floor improvements included a complete kitchen remodel and breakfast room addition at the rear of the residence.
- The existing first floor pantry flanking the kitchen was also expanded to create a more open and accessible space with new base and wall cabinets at the perimeter.
- A new Jack and Jill bath at the second floor was added for the residence’s two children at the rear as well. This new space allowed the only existing bath at the second floor to be integrated into the existing master suite.
- A new covered porch off the breakfast room and terrace completed the exterior renovations that were detailed to match the existing residence.
